I’ve been transforming lives through fitness since 2022, but my passion for movement started with dance. With a background in Musical Theatre, I bring energy, fun, and strong communication skills to every session—making fitness both effective and enjoyable.
I specialise in mindset coaching, helping women rewire limiting beliefs and overcome negative self-talk so they can truly appreciate the body they’re in while working towards the body they want. My approach goes beyond training—I provide nutritional guidance tailored to support muscle growth, fat loss, and hormonal balance, helping you feel strong, energised, and in control of your health.
My goal? To help you feel confident, empowered, and at home in your body—both in and out of the gym. Let’s build a lifestyle where you love the way you move, think, and feel!
