My Story.
My Mission.
I started out in the world of musical theatre, training and performing in an industry where appearance often felt like everything — but ironically, I didn’t feel like I truly knew my own body. After graduating, I went through a difficult period of depression and very quickly went from a size 6 to a size 14. I felt disconnected from myself, like my body didn’t belong to me, and I knew something had to change. That’s what led me to fitness — not for aesthetics, but for healing, strength, and self-understanding.
Through that journey, I found purpose in helping other women reclaim their bodies too — not through restriction or pressure, but through movement, mindset, and balance. My mission is to help women feel happy, comfortable, and confident in their skin and lifestyle, no matter where they’re starting from. I believe fitness should empower you, not punish you, and mindset is the key that makes real change sustainable.
I’ve created GingerSnapsPT as more than just a personal training service — it’s a supportive space where women can grow together. Here, you’re not just a client, you’re part of a community. Whether you’re building strength, rebuilding confidence, or finding your rhythm again, I’m here to guide you with compassion, encouragement, and a whole lot of cheerleading along the way.
