I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, which means I can create safe, tailored plans that work for you. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, I use my knowledge to support your goals in a way that fits your body, lifestyle, and pace.

I offer simple, supportive nutrition guidance to help you fuel your goals — without cutting out all the foods you love. It’s all about balance, building habits that last, and making sure your nutrition works with your training, not against it.

WHEN I MET ELOISE I WAS ANXIETY RIDDEN AND JUST BEEN CONFIRMED AS PERIMENOPAUSAL. I’M THE LARGEST I’VE EVER BEEN BUT HAVE A HISTORY OF EDS AND MH ISSUES. I WAS VERY SPECIFIC, NO WEIGHING, NO MEASUREMENTS, NO BEFORE OR AFTER PICS AND I CAN ONLY AFFORD ONCE A MONTH SESSIONS. NOT EXACTLY THE CLIENT A PT LOOKS FOR.

A FEW MONTHS ON I HAVE 2
SESSIONS PER MONTH, STILL NO MEASUREMENTS BUT I LOG MY ACTIVITY, I SWIM 2KM TWICE A WEEK IN OPEN WATER AND I WORK OUT TWICE A WEEK. 1 ALSO HAVE INCREASED MY STEUP COUNTS DAILY. I FEEL STRONG AND ENJOY MY WORKOUTS.
